Zensar’s ZCloudStrategics framework is built on our 15+ years of experience and deep expertise in process and next generation technologies and is leveraged for outlining the strategy for our customer’s journey to hybrid multi cloud environment. The 10 key phases in ZCloudStrategics makes it a complete framework for the Cloud adoption which includes, but not limited to, the nuances of assessment, security, cloud operations and exit strategy. The phases in ZCloudStrategics Framework will emphasise on Client’s business drivers for migrating workloads to containers and PaaS by:

Zensar will define key guiding principles for cloud adoption considering the qualified workloads, their key operations and performance requirements including the application discovery and dependency mapping, application portfolio rationalization assessment, total cost of ownership (TCO) and strategy to move the qualified workloads to AWS/GCP, test and move them to production operations. - Planning service works with specific services

Zensar's cloud Migration process begins by capturing the business priorities, objectives and requirements of the client. During the Migration Planning phase, the business priorities/requirements and application readiness assessments using the ZCloud Strategics Framework and 7 R approach will be used to decide on the cloud adoption strategy, followed by a Migration Plan that takes into account application inter-dependencies and business roadmaps.
We adopt Factory based Cloud Migration model to bring out a plan of sequential and parallel activities. These will be executed in POD based model. Based on our experiences we have specfic accelerators, frameworks and jump starter kits (reusable Infra-As-Code scripts that work across and between cloud services) which can help our clients to fasten the overall migration approach. We track the progress of migrations through custom smartsheet dasboards and provide periodic reports to the clients based on the agreement during the due diligence phase. - Setup or migration service is for specific cloud services

Fighting climate change
We recognize the urgent need to arrest climate change and are actively working toward reducing our greenhouse gas emissions. Our objective for Scope 1 and 2 emission reduction is to attain net zero GHGs by the end of FY40. We are also currently observing scope 3 emission levels for categories 6 (business travel) and 7 (employee commuting) as part of our monitoring efforts. Progress on GHG emissions: For the FY 2022-23, the Scope (1+2) emissions are 4,057.10 (tCO2e) which has reduced by 4% in comparison to 4,219.77 (tCO2e) in FY 2021-22. In total, for FY 2022-23, there has been a 49.3% reduction compared to the base year FY19. We also have planned to reduce 11% in FY24 as compared to FY23 and 40% reduction in FY25 compared to FY23. For the scope 3 emissions, as businesses have moved to a hybrid model, business travel has increased which resulted in a slight increase of scope 3 emissions in comparison to last year. However, in comparison to the base year 2019, we have reduced the scope 3 emission significantly from 4,288.39 to 1,633.61 in FY 2022-23. This year we are planning commitment to SBTi and will be working towards the addition of other applicable scope 3 parameters. Green building certifications: As a key component of our initial goals, we aimed for the Indian Green Building Council (IGBC) certification for our newly leased facilities in Bengaluru in 2018, in Pune in 2020, and in Bengaluru Cessna in 2021. We earned the IGBC Platinum Rating Certificate for Green Interiors as well – a testament to our commitment to becoming a sustainable and eco-friendly enterprise.Covid-19 recovery
