Support for this service is provided in the context of the migration engagement only and is designed to ensure a controlled, low-risk transition between Microsoft-based PPM and work management platforms (for example Project Server, Project Online, Power Platform, Planner, or Power Framework PPM).
During the migration, users are provided with named delivery contacts, including a migration lead and technical specialist.
Includes scheduled support for migration activities such as discovery, data validation, trial migrations, cutover and post-migration verification
Also Issue resolution support for migration-related defects, data discrepancies, configuration issues and platform connectivity.
Support is delivered during agreed business hours for the duration of the engagement and is included in the price of the migration service. There are no tiered support levels for this offering; all customers receive the same level of migration support aligned to the agreed scope and plan.
This service does not include ongoing application support or business-as-usual PPM support once the migration is complete. Ongoing managed support, service desk provision and operational PPM support are available as separate service offerings under the G-Cloud framework if required.
