- Timely access to client stakeholders and subject-matter experts, including business, technical and governance representatives, to support discovery, decision-making and validation activities.

Web chat testing is carried out by Zendesk on our behalf. Zendesk conducts web chat accessibility testing for clients by:

● Formally consulting with agents, admins and end users who rely on assistive technology to collect feedback
● Accepting customer/end-user feedback through a variety of channels
● Using all feedback to inform improvements
● Retesting products following remediation and new feature updates
● Engaging third-party auditors to conduct regular compliance audits of their products
Support levels
The support levels we provide are as follows:

● L1: Technical Support / Helpdesk Team - Technical support specialists are available 24/7 365 days a year, in 8 hour shifts, via dedicated phone number and Zendesk ticketing system.
● L2: Advanced Infrastructure Support/Reliability Engineers- DevOps organisation available 24/7 365 days a year following on-call rotation via dedicated phone number and Zendesk or Jira ticketing system.
● L3: Application Support/Engineers - L3 Application Engineering team following CET business hours, available via Jira ticketing system.

With quoting influenced by factors such as availability windows and customer/engagement requirements, we operate a bespoke pricing model, subject to agreement with the customer. Upholding transparency, we share the details which inform our pricing, such as day rates and anticipated resources allocated, with clients.

Technical account manager and cloud support engineers

We provide L1, L2 and L3 cloud support Engineers, as outlined above. For successful collaboration and coordinated oversight, we provide clients with a dedicated Service Operations Manager. As the main point of contact, they monitor and report progress to clients, typically at weekly ticketing review calls, monthly service review calls and quarterly service reviews, attended by all key stakeholders.

    Policy Outcome 1: Fair work: That offers fair wages and good working conditions. Help people get a job, stay in work, and progress in their careers, with good employment opportunities across the country. Notes: Where there is a large proportion of labour costs in the contract, commercial teams should consider MAC in Outcome 1 as a priority

    • New or retained jobs on the contract workforce in the relevant area that meet the criteria set out in MAC 1b, 1c and 1d
    • New apprenticeships on the contract workforce in the relevant area that meet the criteria set out in MAC 1b
    • Providing opportunities for, and measuring and monitoring of, staff workforce conditions over time, including employee engagement, involvement in decision-making and satisfaction and adapting to any changes in the results, with clear processes for acting on issues identified
