Working on this projects will allow us to promote and share these best practices, including our D&I toolkit, DevOps resources for promoting accessibility, courses, web accessibility certifications, and learnings from our internal lived experience diversity and inclusion working group. This will encourage in-work progression for those from disadvantaged or minority groups, by developing new skills to help tackle online VAWG, misogynistic discourse and gendered disinformation.
