North Highland can help build capability in your organisation via training, mentoring and coaching. This includes training course design, content development and delivery for cloud services. We deliver training both formally, and informally on the job, through embedding ourselves in client teams. This may include workplace technology (Google, Microsoft, Workday, SuccessFactors, Azure, Okta) or citizen facing services. We also provide bootcamps for product/agile/DevOps/user experience, leadership development and PPM coaching
