TSG has been influenced by, and responsive to, the changing working environment in response to the challenges and impacts of COVID, and the general move to a more hybrid approach to work. We are very aware of the personal impacts that the past few years have had on our workforce, not only in relation to their physical and mental health, but also our staff’s needs and expectations in the fulfilment of their roles, set against the changes in the wider job market. TSG has developed our approach to Health and Wellbeing in conjunction with our employees and as a response to staff surveys that we conducted during COVID to identify and assess the impacts to our workforce of Lockdown. Many of our staff suffered with anxiety, burn out, lack of physical activity, and the impact of bereavement. Our aim was to work with staff, to allow them to balance any personal impacts, ensure they felt supported by TSG and to help them remain in work and economically active. As a result, TSG has implemented a variety of initiatives. This is to provide staff with the right support with the aim to reduce stress, uncertainty, and burnout and to maintain our staff to keep employed.Tackling economic inequality

TSG staff also spend over 150 hours of volunteering time a year for organisations as diverse as Food Banks, Sports Groups, PTFAs, religious groups and charities giving back to good causes.Equal opportunity
