As per the Business Continuity Plan, the client can, at any time, download onto their servers all documentation that has been uploaded or generated from within the UniPhi application.
UniPhi UK can also liaise with the client's internal IT to transfer the system from a cloud hosted service to on-premise (if the initial install is not on-premise).
UniPhi UK will provide a consultant and a lead software engineer (via UniPhi Aus Pty Ltd) to assist in either of the above for as long as it takes to complete the works.
UniPhi UK would be able to complete the works within 1 day of the provisioning of a suitable environment either on-premise or at another data centre of the Scottish Police’s choosing.
On termination (excluding termination during implementation), the client would have access to the UniPhi deployment in read only mode for as long as is required.
