Access to infrastructure is only granted to Technical Support teams for support and maintenance. Access is controlled through permission lists and groups. We have applied zero-trust policies according to which, access is granted only from company approved devices that has to outstanding security events, is up to date, is within approved geographies, and has VPN installed with a user that has been granted access. Access to high risk systems, such as containers and databases is granted through Hashicorp Vault, where temporary credentials are granted to administrator only for the purposes of their current task. Thorough, logging and monitoring is enabled.

Information comes in a number of forms and is Quantive’s most important asset. It includes
electronic, written, and spoken information. Information Security is the protection of this
information from loss or misuse. The Board of Directors (BoD) is committed to the proper
protection of information and Quantive’s Information Security Management System (ISMS) sets
out how this is achieved. The ISMS comprises all internal security controls implemented to
protect information.
Loss of data confidentiality, integrity or availability will severely compromise Quantive’s
reputation and would have the potential to lead to irrecoverable damage to the organisation.
The goal of the ISMS is to mitigate, prevent and monitor these aspects of the Information.
