Service scope

Service constraints
Training delivery requires suitable facilities for workshops, table‑top exercises or hands‑on labs, whether onsite or remote. Some technical courses may require access to customer systems, sandbox environments or specific vendor tools. Custom programme design depends on timely access to subject matter experts and operational documentation. Remote sessions rely on stable connectivity and agreed collaboration platforms. Scheduling availability may be influenced by customer operational cycles, change windows or security restrictions. Certain advanced modules may require prerequisite knowledge or role‑based access privileges.
