Evaluate your existing environment to determine whether it can accept the change.

Look to create a Cloud Hosting Strategy and maybe a multi cloud approach. Comrad would look to add and enhance technology with Artificial Intelligence capability to optimise delivery, service and platform monitoring, compliance, and financial cost reduction.

Comrad LTD would Develop a Cloud Implementation Roadmap to align the customer goals and objectives and develop a plan of action.

How the support service works
We would support the client by engaging in an initial consultation:

we support the customer when they reach out to the cloud service provider (CSP) expressing interest in their services.

we can schedule the consultation to understand the customer’s needs, business goals, and technical requirements.

During the consultation, the we asks questions like:
What workloads do you plan to move to the cloud?
Are you looking for Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS), Platform as a Service (PaaS), or Software as a Service (SaaS)?
What are your scalability and security requirements?

Based on the customer’s input, the we will support the CSP and provide designs a tailored solution. ( if required )
The proposal includes:
A breakdown of services (e.g., virtual machines, databases, storage).
Pricing details (monthly or annual costs).
SLAs (service level agreements) for uptime and support.
Any additional services (e.g., migration assistance, training)

we would then support any demo sessions before supporting the customer with any costs review and recommendations on decision making ( if required )

After the service is up and running, we will conduct a review. we gather feedback, assess performance, and ensure the customer’s satisfaction.
