The service is designed for high availability and resilience using a cloud-hosted architecture with built-in redundancy and continuous monitoring. We target a service availability of 99.9% per calendar month for the management platform, excluding scheduled maintenance.
Availability covers access to the management interface, alerting, reporting, and response coordination. Endpoint protection continues to operate locally on devices even if temporary connectivity issues occur.
Scheduled maintenance is planned in advance, communicated to users, and carried out during low-impact windows where possible. Emergency maintenance is only performed where required to protect service security or stability.
If availability falls below the guaranteed level, users may be eligible for a service credit, calculated as a proportion of the monthly service charge for the affected period. Service credits are applied to future invoices and represent the user’s sole financial remedy for availability-related service failures.
