- The Customer is and shall remain the sole and exclusive owner of all right, title and interest in and to the Customer Data, and Customer Materials. We will retrieve and deliver to Customer a copy of the Customer Data (or such portions as may be specified by Customer), under Transalis’ control or in its possession, in an industry standard format and on the media as agreed by the Parties, at any time during the Term upon Customer request. The format includes but not limited to .CSV, .TXT, Database Dump, XML Format etc. Also Provides export to Excel and PDF format as well.

- API for invoice data transfer, can be called from within customers' own systems, webhook triggers supported. API also supports submission and retrieval of electronic documents. Our API integrates with all common invoice matching and ERP systems, including SAP, Sage, Oracle, Xero, Dynamics and other finance systems and also with CRM, and EDI VAN providers. API operations are supported using XML, JSON, JSV, CSV, SOAP 1.1 and SOAP 1.2 messaging frameworks. Using our API, PDF invoices can be processed automatically and key invoice data extracted and offered to your finance system for direct integration.
