We work closely with Buyers to carry out a situational analysis to determine their true starting point. We then gather a complete understanding of the requirements and pull together a detailed options appraisal using our technical experts. After helping the Buyer to evaluate and select the appropriate solutions we will develop a detailed implementation plan and support the client throughout the delivery process. This will include Agile project management and technical implementation support.

We can help Buyers through the entire testing and QA process. This ranges from developing test strategies and test scope definition, desiging and implementing automated test scripts, performing load definition and supervising Senior and Junior Test Engineers. All of our test and QA activities are carried out within an agile development environment with involvement throughout in agile ceremonies, including daily scrum, retrospectives and story pointing.
