Service constraints
The service supports buyer owned cloud and data environments and does not include hosting, platform ownership, or software resale. Support is delivered primarily remotely during agreed service hours. Activities are limited to the scope defined in the support agreement and dependent on appropriate access being provided by the buyer. The service does not assume responsibility for third party cloud provider outages or issues outside the agreed support scope. Onsite support, extended hours, and additional activities can be provided by agreement and may incur additional cost.

ARX Technologies provides a tiered support model designed to balance cost effectiveness, responsiveness, and service assurance. Standard Support (included) Standard support is included within the service price and provides email and online ticketing support during business hours, Monday to Friday, 09:00–17:00 UK time, excluding UK public holidays. This level supports incidents, service queries, and operational issues in line with published response times. Standard support does not include a named technical account manager. Enhanced Support (additional cost) Enhanced support is available at additional cost for customers requiring faster response times, extended support hours, or increased operational assurance. Enhanced support may include extended weekday hours, optional weekend support by agreement, priority handling of incidents, and access to senior technical escalation. Pricing for enhanced support is set out in the service pricing document or agreed at call off. Service management and technical oversight Where enhanced support is in place, a named technical contact or cloud support engineer can be provided to support service coordination, escalation, and ongoing operational oversight. Dedicated technical account management is available by agreement as part of enhanced support arrangements.
