How the planning service works
At Amber Labs, our approach includes a full discovery phase where we collaborate with you to fully understand your business problem. Through user research and wide based stakeholder engagement we will gain a comprehensive understanding of the specific user problem(s) and work with you to articulate, develop and test the viability of a workable solution (MVP) which can deliver scalability, security, and user efficiency. Early in the process, we integrate robust security frameworks and compliance measures to prioritise your data’s security. This phase will allow us to collaborate with you to agree the approach and timelines for a full build which will include both private and public beta instances and a verifiable path to a full live service.

How the setup or migration service works
The service delivery will evolve from initial alpha implementations, pre-production and production instances to support the iterative development through private and public beta phases. At each phase the appropriate environments will be purposed and stood up to support this evolution, whist always ensuring environment costs are managed effectively. An iterative and repeatable delivery cadence will be established to support each delivery phase and ensuring a focus on the product quality during the development, test, and deployment cycle. During the beta phases our engineers and product specialists will engage with your service management teams to establish an efficient transition to a fully supportable live service

How the quality assurance and performance testing works
Quality assurance is at the heart of the Amber Labs ethos. Our quality assurance consultants are experienced in unit, integration, and end-to-end testing, and will design and implement a comprehensive test strategy which including full performance sizing and related performance testing prior to any public beta phase of delivery. Alongside this our product and user experience designers will continuously validate the delivered service against the user research and the functional specifications to ensure a complete fit with end user needs.
