Bronze support provides assistance on a best efforts basis during standard business hours. This level is suitable for non business critical use cases without "P1 – Critical Complete outage or major business impact; 15–30 minutes

Silver support provides defined service levels Monday to Friday from 9 to 5, with agreed response and resolution targets based on incident severity.
Gold support provides enhanced service levels Monday to Friday from 8 to 6, including 24 by 5 coverage for critical Type 1 incidents and faster response commitments.
