End-of-contract data extraction
At contract end, buyers can export their Dynamics 365 CRM data using standard tools such as entity exports to CSV or Excel, advanced finds, and configured export jobs. Ingentive can advise on the required scope, formats and extraction approach, and provide assisted export as a professional service. Data retention, archival and deletion follow contractual and data-protection requirements.
End-of-contract process
At contract end, buyers can export required CRM data using standard Dynamics 365 tools. Ingentive supports agreed exit activities, including guidance on data extraction, documentation handover and access removal. Data retention, archival and deletion are completed in line with contractual and regulatory requirements.
