- User-based customisation is a key part of Integrator Plus. Users with the correct permissions can customise Asset Types/Asset Hierarchy, Building Components (names, types, various costs, lifecycles, units of measurement), create and manage unlimited custom fields (various data types), create differing templates for both components/custom fields, set different HHSRS descriptors, link different (multiple) Stock Condition Components to DHS components, add custom RdSAP measure costs, create custom data filters and mobile survey designs. Custom servicing inspection types can be created for all types of servicing and compliance with specific repeat intervals, 'upcoming' horizons, inspection fields and unlimited traffic light outcomes.

Availability and resilience
- Guaranteed availability
- Integrator Plus is solely hosted on Microsoft Azure, which guarantees at least 99.5% uptime for the various services in use. Coupled with this, the system employs further configurations to provide application availability, including horizontal scaling for performance, as well as geographically-redundant failover for the application, storage and database, to a paired UK datacentre.
- Approach to resilience
-
The entire application will failover to an identical instance in a paired UK region in the event that it is totally unavailable. This means that even in the event of datacentre failure, requests will automatically be diverted to the paired region, and application availability will be maintained.
Geo-replication to a paired UK region means that there is always an accessible up-to-date version of the database, even if a whole datacentre were to fail.
Files (such as asset attachments) are stored in Azure Blob Storage containers, with geo-redundancy to a paired UK region.
Backups are geo-redundant – saved to a paired UK region, protected against whole datacentre failure. - Outage reporting
- The system is continually internally monitored using Microsoft Azure tools. Customers are made aware of any important issues via email.
