End-of-contract data extraction
As an organisation we follow GDPR Policies on Data Processing and Data Extraction. Once Make Time Count Today have been notified of the clients thoughts regarding leaving and requiring their data. A roadmap and project will be kicked off collaboratively so that the clients needs are met to make sure all of their requirements are met but do not comprise our data integrity.
End-of-contract process
Upon notification of contract cessation, we will work together with the client on their specific handover requirements.

We can be very flexible across the following options:
1. Migrating data to new provider.
2. Providing downloaded database for client reference
3. Create standalone version of the platform for client usage
4. Continue to act as data hosting provider beyond active usage period

- Every 6 months we proactively review the component list for upcoming changes and predicted version changes

My name is Jonathan Ley, I am the founder at Make Time Count. After 15 years in consulting and banking, my first exposure to Criminal Justice was supporting Probation in 2018. I never expected the impact this experience would have on me.

Shock is the best word to describe my initial reaction:

- Shock at the way people are treated.
- Shock at the processes, maybe not designed to make people fail, but not designed to make it easy for them to succeed.
- Shock at the dearth of technology.

The whole place seems stuck in a time warp. No wonder over 60% people reoffend. No wonder we send back a quarter of those release from prison back to the cells. There must be a better way. I talked to probation officers and people on probation.

“How can I help”, was my simple question.

I learned so much. Firstly that it was pure luck that I was asking the questions and not answering them. "That could have been me", I thought. I also realised that many of the people I met has entrepreneurial talent, they had just used these talents in the wrong way.

That gave me the big idea. They say “it takes a village to raise a child”. Let’s use technology to connect people, supported by data science to understand what works. Providing a community alternative to courts and prison. In other countries this has proven to have an enormous impact on reoffending.

Moreover, if we make profits then let's reinvest 51% of those profits into a fund that will support vulnerable people start business. Provide opportunity where before there was none.

Issues of wellbeing are often at the heart of criminal behaviour. There unfortunately isn't one blue pill you can administer and people stop reoffending. Oh, if it were only that easy.

Most often users have a multitude of complex needs related to physical, mental, emotional and social health that lead to their behaviour. These needs are likely explicitly to wellbeing. Driven from housing, education, employment, mental health and other issues such as substance misuse.

Our product enables a systematic approach to end users. The ability to treat the diverse, and highly individual, nature of a user's problem. Not a point to point solution but bringing together an ecosystem of support to work on a specific user. Everybody is different and thus their network will be unique.

Our data analytics platform will begin to understand the success factors associated with specific user types and make recommendations that can better help and support their specific needs.
