As a Managed Service Provider, we support cloud hosting and software services as two of our standard Service Offerings. These are primarily managed within our Incident Management / Request Management offerings, and supported by amongst others our Security Management, Change Management and Problem Management offerings.
We have various resolver groups within our organisation who can carry out implementation, service configuration, cloud / infrastructure support and software support services to ensure customer services meet agreed service availability and service levels.

- We support varying levels of service delivered as standard Monday-Friday 9-5pm (excluding bank holidays) out of hours as required, and 24 x 7 if needed. For some customers we deliver the basics of reactive incident management and SLA-aligned service restoration, whereas for others, we are an extension of the customer’s in-house capability. We can provide all types of required resource to include dedicated Service Delivery Managers, Technical Managers, Project/Programme Managers as well as required engineering or consultancy. The various service levels are priced using the calculation of SFIA rates of the required delivery resource.
