Service scope
- Service constraints
- This service is delivered remotely, with on-site sessions available if needed. We may require access to analytics, staging environments, documentation and code repositories to plan and deliver improvement work. Timelines may be influenced by site complexity, data availability and stakeholder capacity for reviews. The service includes iterative development, performance updates, accessibility fixes and enhancements, but does not cover large-scale redesigns or major new systems. Significant new features or extended phases identified during delivery can be scoped separately through our development service. We will highlight any limitations early and agree the best way forward.
