Level 2: Enhanced (additional cost). Level 1 plus scheduled phone/video clinics for cohorts, Q&A, and help applying Copilot to agreed workflows (not tenant configuration). Same hours. Target response: within 1 working day. Cost: charged per clinic/session or per day, as set out in the pricing document / rate card. No TAM or cloud support engineer.
Level 3: Adoption Retainer (additional cost). Monthly package for ongoing adoption: regular clinics, refresher sessions, template updates, stakeholder check-ins, and action tracking. Support hours, cadence, and response targets agreed in the statement of work. Cost: monthly retainer priced by required hours and cadence (see rate card).
