Support levels
HPC Design with Kubernetes for AI ML includes a single standard support level for all engagements, delivered remotely by our consulting team. This support is included within our day-rate or fixed-price engagement costs, so there are no separate per-user or per-ticket support charges. For larger programmes, we can provide an assigned technical account manager or lead cloud support engineer to act as the primary contact for planning, issue escalation and service reviews; this is scoped and priced as part of the statement of work.
