Service scope
- Service constraints
- This service is delivered as professional consultancy and advisory support, with scope, deliverables, duration, and delivery approach defined at call-off. Delivery is primarily remote unless otherwise agreed. Activities are tailored to buyer requirements within the published service definition and pricing model. The supplier does not assume operational ownership of buyer environments. Delivery is dependent on buyer-provided access, information, and timely engagement.

- Email or online ticketing support
- Yes
- Support response times
- Support requests relating to an active engagement are handled through agreed delivery contacts and communication channels, typically via email. Response times are proportionate to the scope, criticality, and agreed delivery arrangements of the engagement and are defined at call-off where required. The supplier does not operate a standing service desk or fixed response time commitments as part of this service at framework level. Any specific response expectations, including weekend or out-of-hours coverage, are agreed as part of the call-off and reflected in the Statement of Work.

- Support levels
- Support under this service is provided as part of professional consultancy engagements, rather than through a tiered service desk or managed support model. Support levels are defined by the scope, intensity, and duration of the engagement, not by fixed tiers. This includes standard engagement support during agreed working patterns, and enhanced or time-bound support where increased availability or escalation is required, explicitly agreed at call-off or during critical delivery phases through the engagement governance arrangements. Users are supported through named delivery contacts assigned to the engagement. Support is provided by consultants delivering the agreed scope of work and includes technical clarification, advisory support, issue resolution, and guidance to achieve delivery outcomes. Where appropriate, a senior consultant or engagement lead provides oversight and acts as the primary escalation point for delivery or technical matters, offering continuity and assurance, rather than a dedicated technical account manager. Support arrangements, including availability, escalation routes, and responsiveness expectations, are agreed at call-off and documented within the Statement of Work. No predefined support tiers apply at framework level. All support effort is flexible, scalable, and costed using the published role-based daily rates.
