We provide a single, comprehensive support level designed to give all users consistent, high-quality assistance.
Our support offering includes access to technical support for issue resolution, guidance on platform usage, and proactive service oversight. Support is delivered during agreed business hours with defined response time SLAs.
Support is charged on a per-user basis, with a fixed monthly fee per licensed user. This ensures predictable pricing and equal access to support services for every user.
Each customer is assigned a dedicated Technical Account Manager (TAM) who acts as the primary point of contact. The TAM provides:
• Ongoing technical oversight
• Coordination of support requests
• Proactive recommendations and best practices
• Escalation management when required
Hands-on technical issues are handled by experienced support engineers, working in coordination with the TAM.
