Our Microsoft 365 user adoption programme includes a series of discovery sessions. These sessions set the foundation for the project by clarifying its purpose, defining boundaries, and informing subsequent planning and execution. To start we would meet with the senior leadership team to understand, define and agree the overall strategic objectives of the project.
The next step is our discovery workshops with end users. Our discovery workshops are designed to allow our team of consultants to understand how teams/departments currently work and communicate, what other applications, tools and devices are available and in use and how best we can support them during the change process. Data gathered from discovery workshops is reviewed by our team of consultants and a summary of high-level findings are presented to the senior leadership team, providing recommendations on how to manage change and deliver successful user adoption of Microsoft 365. The agreed findings are then used to design the MS365 user adoption strategy, tailored to your organisation and aligned to the overall strategic objectives.

We tailor our training to your organisation, using real life demonstrations, allowing attendees to put their learning into practice straight away. As part of our training package we can provide customised training materials, such as user guides and bespoke training videos, providing ongoing support for end users.

Our User Adoption programme identifies four key project phases; Discovery, Planning, Delivery & Go Live and Maintain & Evolve. This includes pre-training discovery sessions to understand your requirements, allowing us to tailor our programme to meet your organisational needs. We will then build a bespoke training programme to help your people feel confident when using Microsoft Teams, tailoring to your organisation needs, using real life demonstrations, which allows attendees to put their learning into practice straight away. Customised training materials, such as user guides and videos, as well as go live support and virtual floor walking, during those crucial go live days can also be provided. We can also support you with an internal communications plan, to help successfully manage change within your organisation. Success criteria is agreed at the beginning of a training programme, along with the learning objectives. Training feedback is gathered via a feedback form using Microsoft Forms.
Feedback provided at the end of a training session is valuable, however, this is more related to the delivery of the session rather than assessing how well learning objectives have been met. Therefore, our team will provide a feedback form designed to distribute to attendees approximately one week after the delivery of the training. Cloud9 Business Services believe that a delay between training and feedback, allows individuals to provide more effective valuation on what they have learned and how they have managed to apply this to their job roles.
The feedback is reviewed by our team, together with you, to identify any areas that may need to be followed up, for example, additional supporting documentation, drop-in sessions or additional training sessions.
