How the training service works
RPC UK Limited provide detailed training and knowledge transfer for all of the software and services we provide. All of our support service staff are subject matter experts, specialising in the Oracle Primavera software and solutions to ensure the highest standard of knowledge transfer and training is provided to our customers.

Our training can be conducted either remotely, at the buyers location and/or on site using our custom built training facilities. As part of the training services we provide complimentary access to the software and solutions on which the buyers users are being trained using support training systems, standard materials and content.

Bespoke training is also avaialble based on the the buyers needs and solution.

RPC UK Limited supports our buyers by provide tried and tested migration processes, tools and subject matter expertise to ensure a successful migration from any system to Oracle Primavera Cloud applications. Using our supported technology tools, industry standardised processes and Rapid Application Deployment methodologies we work seamlessly with Oracle to ensure buyers migrations are as effective and productive as possible, completed in the shortest amount of time.

Our support does not stop at the migration stage but continues through the early life adoption of the system, provided assurance to the buyer that the migration process does not terminate once the system is live but when the system is adopted.

Initial support is available for those clients needing to migrate their data into the Oracle Cloud environment. Once set up and in place, the RPC Support service is on call for solution resolution, configuration, technical activities. design activities and assurance, training and knowledge transfer, integration design assurance and Oracle Primavera advice and guidance on any end user queries.

RPC UK Limited will provide ongoing support to organisations utilising any for the Oracle Primavera Cloud applications (Oracle Primavera P6 EPPM, Oracle Primavera Unifier, Oracle Primavera Cloud (OPC), Oracle Primavera Risk Analysis (PRA) and Oracle Primavera Aconex).

These applications do not have to be managed or purchased through, or by, RPC UK Limited and this service is avaialble to new and existing Oracle and/or RPC UK Limited customers.

RPC UK Limited provide support for solution resolution, configuration, technical activities. design activities and assurance, training and knowledge transfer, integration design assurance and Oracle Primavera advice and guidance on any end user queries.

To help communicate, diagnose and resolve our client requirements RPCuk uses a number of web chat tools and chooses the system most compatible to the problem and client at hand.
