Feedback reporting
We collect post course feedback on all our course deliveries. Course feedback results are used alongside key stakeholder engagement to improve courses throughout the contract period. Any feedback below 7/10 is automatically flagged on our system to be investigated and remedial is action taken by one of our dedicated Customer Service Managers.

Access to our PowerBi feedback reports can be provided at agreed intervals, upon request, or we can provide live access. Reports are customisable and we can alter to suit your needs.

Currently we quantitatively record the student assessed quality of trainer, courseware, technical environment and administrative experience. We also collect qualitative feedback on the same questions.

The data can be filtered to show detail required from aggregate data to filtered by individual course, course type, or instructor. We welcome any eval data to be sent to us to ensure the course is achieving its objectives.

For eLearning specifically, reporting can be provided focussing on Course completion, assessment results and activity participation.

Fighting climate change

To ensure minimal carbon use Quanta utilise digital and virtual communication channels for stakeholder engagement.

Customer meetings
Stakeholder engagement meetings will be hosted virtually over Microsoft Teams. Quanta remains adaptable to the use of alternative platforms such as Zoom, should that be your preference.

Pre-course work
For any course that requires pre-course learning, delegates will receive access to our virtual learning platform, Quanta Learn. The content available on the platform varies by course, but can include pre-course learning, exercises, additional learning resources, sample examination papers, further reading and the facility to contact the trainer with any course related queries.

Virtual Classroom Learning
In addition to our face to face facilitated classroom Learning, Quanta provides the option for courses to be delivered virtually. Delegates will require an internet enabled laptop, tablet or PC with a webcam to get the best experience from this training. Our Operations team issue joining instructions via email and are on hand via our helpline to troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues that may arise.

Post course feedback and certification
Post course delegate feedback is requested via email and attendance certificates are issued via email directly to delegates.

Courseware Delivery
To mitigate environmental impact and decrease carbon emissions, courseware can be sent to a main contact at your organisation to distribute internally rather than sent to individual student home addresses.

Wellbeing

At Quanta there is a strong focus on the mental, and physical health and wellbeing of our staff and the local community.
There are always a minimum of 2 qualified Mental Health First Aiders onsite, this enables continual signposting support should this be required for a staff member. Quanta also offers the support of external coaches and counsellors to staff members and their Partners.
Further support is offered with Mindfulness and meditation sessions, coaching, professional & personal development courses and Gym sessions.
Quanta has also recently installed a Defibrillator onsite, this has been housed externally so that it is also available for the local community. It is registered on the British Heart Foundation’s National Defibrillator Network.
