Support levels
Remote client support within the contracted service hours is provided at no extra cost, and is included in standard terms and conditions of contract. For Severity 1, 2,3,4, and 5 issues customers will contact Support via the Clinithink Support Portal at https://clixsupport.freshdesk.com/ . When an issue is reported by a customer, the Support team will respond to the customer within the time designated in the agreed SLA. All clients will be provided a support contact and an escalation point. Standard support is provided 9:00 to 17:00 UK Monday to Friday excluding public holidays.

End-of-contract data extraction
Standard functionality within the solution enables customer data to be extracted via either a SQL database or csv format file extraction.
End-of-contract process
At the end of the contract user accounts for the customer site would be disabled and any private cloud components of the solution would also be disabled. Customer data both in terms of input and results can be extracted from the SQL database using SQL queries

Documented CAPE interface is available which allows data integration with CLiX Focus. The CAPE interface provide access to clinical natural language processing and analysis capabilities, as well as the ability to load clinical narrative documentation into the system. Clinithink has an Information Security Policy and an IT Code of Practice which are reviewed by each employee as part of induction and signed as reviewed before any access is granted to Clinithink systems. These documents are part of a suite of documents covering privacy and security within Clinithink. They cover details relating to technical, physical, and administrative controls in support of the HIPAA, GDPR and DSPT. All employees and contractors undergo compulsory HIPAA and GDPR training as part of induction and annual refresher training. Clinithink has an appointed Data Protection Officer who is responsible for reviewing and maintaining Clinithink's adherence to HIPAA, GDPR and DSPT standards.

Wellbeing

Clinithink has a Wellbeing Focus Group that meets monthly to plan for events and initiatives based on an annual programme of wellbeing awareness days / weeks. It aims to have a positive impact on as many people as possible. In addition, we have appointed internal Mental Health First Aiders who attended a 4 day long course. In 2022 our people managers, scrum master and tech leads also attended a mental health awareness course. We also give our employees free access to an Employee Assistance Programme which has a helpline and resources to support them if needed. We have just launched company wide e-learning courses, which include wellbeing topics including Menopause Awareness,Mindfulness, Positive Mental Health at Work and Stress at Work.
