Getting started
Upon subscription to the service Cybanetix will provide customers with all information necessary (license keys, portal address, login credentials etc) to access their SentinelOne Management Portal.

Links to helpful guides covering elements such as setup and support, as well as access to knowledge base articles are all available via the portal.

Cybanetix can also provide bespoke/tailored training for this service subject to additional costs.

End-of-contract data extraction
Users' log data (up to 90 days) can be exported from the Management Portal in CSV and PDF formats. For greater log retention periods an external logging service such as a SIEM should be used.
End-of-contract process
At the end of the service customer access to the SentinelOne Management portal will be switched off and all customer data will be deleted.

Customers should extract their data prior to decommissioning.
