How the planning service works
We conduct a Discovery and Assessment phase to understand the current maturity of your information and knowledge management and the needs and ambitions of the organisation and its members.

This is aligned with the requirements for cloud services such as SharePoint, Teams and entire Microsoft 365 stack to ensure that any implementation is rooted in the information and knowledge needs of the organisation and not just seen a technical solution.

We share our Information and Knowledge Maturity Assessment, which will be suitable for consideration by the Executive Committee.

We work more deeply with key stakeholders to understand strategic goals and short- to medium-term options.

Working closely with you, we ‘co-create’ an information and knowledge strategy and can engage with all levels of the organisation to share, explain and acculturate the strategy and its principles.
