We work with organisations to help them decide the best method of delivery (e-Learning, ILT or blended) and then help them plan to implement it. This may include identifying suitable software (to use for content authoring or hosting/tracking learning) and any initial compatibility testing involved with their in-house systems.
In addition, we provide consultancy on the e-Learning design itself through content writing and storyboarding. - Planning service works with specific services

Premier IT is committed to promoting lifelong learning and works with organisations around the world to help them develop their staff skills.
We have worked with healthcare organisations for over a decade supporting their digital rollouts and BAU training of patient clinical systems (such as Cerner, RiO and Lorenzo) and with many other organisations (both public and private) to support digital rollouts and BAU training of both bespoke and non-bespoke IT systems.
Our IT systems skills training services include • e-learning development • training design and consultancy • training materials creation• training management • training administration • trainers and floorwalkers•
We also develop bespoke and innovative non-IT skills e-Learning in collaboration with our clients. As well as our own internal quality assurance processes, we build in review checkpoints throughout our development projects to allow key stakeholders to verify that the training materials being created meet requirements.
Our development stages include Beta and Alpha versions allowing organisations to complete reviews, request changes and complete user acceptance testing before the Gold version of the module or training documentation is made available.

We have invested in technology and infrastructure to ensure that the business is both robust and adaptable to be able to cope with significant and potentially disruptive events: Our staff have the ability to work from home and can remotely access our systems within a secure IT environment. We are also able to redirect work phone lines to the relevant contacts as required. We have completed an inventory audit to identify those staff who might have limited access to a computer at home or where a computer is shared with other members of the household. Where this is the case, we have provided computers, configured to our requirements, and telephone headsets specifically for business use. We have invested in highly secure, Cloud-based data server/management solutions, which are fully functional and ensure that it is business as usual irrespective of the location of staff members.
