While Smartsheet offers on-demand training and large instructor-led online training, how you and your business are using Smartsheet is unique and your team can face challenges and obstacles for which a generic one-off training can’t prepare them. Our bespoke training held face-to-face via online platforms is tailored to your business and the processes you use and require, meaning every element of this training is the perfect fit for your business and your staff.

If our consulting team is working on a custom build for your organisation, once this has been integrated and deployed into your Smartsheet workspace, PPS will train all users on how the new build works for a seamless adoption across your business/team

How the setup or migration service works
We assist customers to migrate to the cloud if their existing software and data is offline or even if it is in the cloud but on a different platform. Through many years of experience of different platforms we utilise a specific methodology to migrate data which includes analysis, cleansing and test migrations to identify and remove any issues post migration. In some cases migration will be achieve by generic import tools or bespoke programme code.

How the quality assurance and performance testing works
Our services include quality assurance at every stage in order to ensure that our customers are always delighted and never disappointed. Since Smartsheet provides the software as a service via the cloud we are not responsible for application performance testing however where appropriate we do stress test customer solutions that include large sets of data. These tests are typically to demonstrate the timely and efficient loading of reports and dashboards that involve eg hundreds of projects' data.

How the support service works
In addition to Smartsheet support PPS provide Ongoing Support not only for the setup and onboarding of Smartsheet in your organisation but also day-to-day support for the users. From simple enquiries regarding logging in to questions related to the core platform capabilities, and give you guidance on how to effectively use Smartsheet.

Your PPS Account Manager is always on hand to support you and your business with its chosen solution and any supplementing services including Ongoing Support, Online Learning or Training.

We will always help you to understand how many hours of support are right for your organisation. Based on the complexity of your solution requirements and the experience level of your staff.

Ongoing Support covers all day-to-day queries from functional usability and onboarding to questions on the core solution capabilities like formatting, admin and management for mixed-level users.

All licenced users across your organisation who are using Smartsheet have access to Ongoing Support. Meaning you don't have any restrictions per staff member, ensuring optimum effectiveness and efficiency

Support levels
1) Immediate Response: The support team will acknowledge the request immediately upon receipt, typically within minutes. Response time refers to the time it takes for a support representative to make initial contact with the requester.

2) Same Business Day Response: The support team commits to responding to the request within the same business day. This means that the requester can expect a response before the end of the business day in their time zone.

3) 48-Hour Response: The support team undertakes to respond to the request within 48 hours of its receipt. This provides a window of two business days for the support team to address the request.

4) 24/7 Availability: The support team is available around the clock, seven days a week, to respond to critical issues or emergencies. This ensures that urgent matters can be addressed promptly, regardless of the time of day.

Support level costs vary dependant upon service levels but are typically a minimum of £87 per hour + VAT
