- How the quality assurance and performance testing works
- Utilising our scoping sessions and regular collaboration with our clients, we use a repeatable model which includes quality assurance embedded throughout the delivery. Setting learning outcomes, validating these against best practice and delivering in harmony with the organisations processes can ensure the appropriate quality assurances are maintained throughout the delivery of this service. ALl service include opportunity for feedback and this information will be provided to the buyer. By training the organisation’s staff within information and cyber security will support a competent workforce to minimise their own risks and support the Organisations own quality practices in their ability to follow security and risk management processes effectively. To consolidate this learning and combine this with the organisations plans, an exercise allows organisations to evaluate their approach in a safe and risk free environment against realistic and impactful situations to determine if their workforce are skilled, training and experienced to deal with events. Unlike audit it shows if the people process and technology collectively work successfully together to provide the organisation with that quality assurance that their plans can be carried out accordingly.
