New customers are welcomed with key information regarding their cloud subscription. The HxGN EAM software is provisioned and made available to the customer from the point of contract signature as a Software-as-a-Service. Full use of the service is enabled through an implementation project. Progressive TSL can deliver the implementation project through our listing for Progressive Cloud Support Services (Implementation), also on G-Cloud Lot 3.
For new customers, we start with a project initiation meeting with key stakeholders to establish the solution landscape, set the baseline project plan and desired business outcomes. The relationship is overseen by a dedicated Account Manager who provides a point of continuity and support across the project and beyond.
