Getting started
We offer full, role-specific training to teach users how to use Umbraco CMS and edit website content. Training can be online or onsite, depending on the client’s preference. All participants are included in the full onboarding process, ensuring they understand the CMS, the website, the client’s business, and any customisations. Video guidance is provided, with written instructions available on request. General Umbraco documentation is also readily available online.

Our Umbraco CMS websites are responsive and optimised across screen sizes including mobile, tablet and desktop. The preview function of Umbraco CMS allows users to view all pages according to the device it is displayed on to simulate how the page(s) will look on the respective screen size. This allows content editors to preview web pages across all devices.

In the design phase, Stark (Figma/Adobe extension) helps us ensure proper colour contrast, visual accessibility, and inclusive design principles are applied from the start.

Description of customisation
The Umbraco website front end (public-facing site) is fully customisable. The Umbraco CMS administration interface can also be tailored through configuration, settings, and permissions. Any customisation work would need to be carried out by a web developer with Umbraco experience.

Availability and resilience

We target a service availability of 99.95% uptime, which is actively monitored and evidenced through Microsoft Azure’s monitoring tools. While we do not provide financial refunds if this level is not met, we maintain robust redundancy, failover, and monitoring processes to minimise downtime and ensure continuity of service for all users. Any service interruptions are logged and addressed promptly in accordance with our operational procedures.

Our infrastructure is hosted on Microsoft Azure. Azure provides enterprise-grade cloud infrastructure which includes physical elements like redundant power, networking and cooling.
