Timewatch provides a range of services to assist customers in learning, implementing, and maintaining their Timewatch system.
Self-Learning – a range of free self-learning tools are included: the Learning Centre which Quick Start guides and tips. Learning Mode which provides pop up help bubbles to help users learn Ribbon Menu buttons, tabs and features as they go. In Line Help which is accessed through the Help icons that are available throughout the system.
Support Centre – provides answers to questions. It all starts with the Support Centre, ask a question and a ‘Google like’ search engine searches the knowledge base to find possible answers to your question. If you cannot find an answer in the free Support Centre service, you can log a ticket with Timewatch Professional Services.
Support Tab – from here customers can access our Professional Services team directly for personal assistance in any area including: training, consultancy, implementation advice etc. With the exception of software faults that require developer assistance professional services time is chargeable, so to ensure customers don’t miss out on any free answers in the Support Centre and if there are answers it ‘slides’ out a list of possible documents to assist the user. - Support available to third parties
