Equal opportunity
It is our aim for our workforce to be truly representative of all sections of society and our customers, and for each employee to feel respected and able to give their best without any form of discrimination by their peers or anyone else.
We are also committed to prevent any form of discrimination of customers or the public in providing goods and/or services by our organisation.
We adopt a policy of equal opportunities; whilst prospective employees have provided information to us through an intention of disclosure, we have recorded these and whilst seeking to avoid any positive discrimination, assessed each individual on the merit of the positive contribution to our organisation.
Through the awarding of these contracts we will continue to assess each employee on their skills, merit and the positive contribution to our organisation. We ensure that we support the requirements of any employee with any form of disability. Employees will be encouraged to bring an open dialogue for the organisation to support any form of disability.
We record and measure the metrics through which we assess each employee on a monthly basis through employee one to ones as well as at a board level reviewing EDI policies and processes on a quarterly basis to ensure we continue to provide the most effective support and actively seek opportunities for development and continue to attract a diverse workforce.
We also measure the percentage of equal opportunity employment on an annual basis.
We provide remote and flexible working to support any individual needs regardless of disability.
We continue to develop our ability to support any disabilities through our own no less frequent than annual training on matters relating to Equality, Diversity and Inclusion and a continuous updating of our policies and how we continue to enhance our equal opportunities.Wellbeing
It is our aim for our workforce to be truly representative of all sections of society and our customers, and for each employee to feel respected and able to give their best without any form of discrimination by their peers or anyone else.
We are committed to ensuring the best possible working environment for all of our employees. This includes the mental and physical wellbeing. Mental health issues are a serious concern for us as an organisation and we encourage employees to openly discuss any mental as well as physical issues that they are experiencing, privately through employee one to ones, which are held monthly.
We ensure that we provide both a health insurance scheme and a cashback scheme to encourage both physical and mental wellbeing. And we ensure that both schemes have provision for mental health support services.
We seek to remove any stigma associated with mental health by encouraging openness and sharing of experiences where the employee is comfortable and open to sharing their experiences.
We will continue to assess each employee on their skills, merit and the positive contribution to our organisation regardless of any mental or physical disability. We ensure that we support the requirements of any employee.
