During service initiation, we assess the customer’s current system, hosting, software, and any third-party organisations involved in their system’s operations in conjunction with their business objectives and current capabilities. Our extensive knowledge of cloud capability and operations is combined with open access to a vast pool of dedicated support resources to provide a solution to ensure steady state operations and full management services.
We conduct a business analysis of the customer’s operation in terms of scalability, adaptability, extensibility, and manageability, which involves identification of the business needs without the ability to build an application or infrastructure. We collaborate closely with customer stakeholders to ascertain project scope, objectives, and specific technical needs, creating a Statement of Work (SOW) that outlines deliverable, timelines, and costs.
After establishing the intended use of the cloud service and the data to be stored and processed, we conduct risk assessments to identify and implement cyber security risk management protocols. As part of this planning, we assess value for money regarding the available security options, establish mandatory security responsibilities for the solution, and review the process to ensure that it meets all business and security needs post-adjustment. - Planning service works with specific services

We tailor training for cloud software and hosting as part of our comprehensive onboarding and training support based on the customer’s specific business needs. Our services include conducting needs assessments, onsite coaching, group training, training documentation and mentoring of internal staff, and executing projects and programs of work. Our goal is to provide effective knowledge transfer than empowers our clients to fully utilise the implemented solutions delivered.
In addition to onboarding, we also connect the customer’s workforce with other talent processes, such as learning, goal setting, recruiting, and system management. We will work with the customer to build the training program to meet their needs, schedule, and aptitude accordingly. Typically, we provide multiple training courses that take place onsite with coordinated time slots allocated based on customer convenience.
Our training support equips the customer with knowledge regarding the adoption of functionality, changes in configuration, management of interfaces, and general advice and guidance across all departments. The courses we offer include a basic training program for how to effectively use and manage the cloud solution, through basic use to effectively operating management and security protocols, how to run reports, and how to utilise all software applications. - Training is tied to specific services

We assess the customer’s technical needs in terms of current capability, hardware, and software components comprised of their local system in relation to system requirements and business objectives. The cloud is a holistic ecosystem comprised of various technical components rather than a single point solution meaning that basic and specific technical requirements will be necessary to understand the needs of the customer’s migration.
We will assess the technical characteristics of the system in relation to business objectives to develop solutions based on need and technical capacity. Customers are advised on deploying SaaS options via external cloud providers, deploying their own IaaS solutions, or building a PaaS. Given the dynamic mappings between applications and resources, we enable customers to seamlessly integrate at the most appropriate point for the organisation.
Our support during implementation will be available 24/7 to monitor, advise, and provide advice on the changes to infrastructure, processes, and procedures to assist in the decision-making process during service delivery. We will allocate project KPIs in conjunction with customer and system needs and measure all response times to ensure we deliver a fast and effective service. - Setup or migration service is for specific cloud services

As a consulting company providing key cloud support services, we do not directly provide hosting services or maintain our own data centres. However, we recommend hosting options and locations as part of our consultation dependent on the customer’s needs by leveraging their current system with business objectives for a tailored mix of capabilities that complement business needs with cost savings.
Through intentional multi-cloud networking, we will assist in optimising application performance, economy, service delivery, and adaptability. The range of factors covering hosting options and location will be assessed in terms of the following:
• Ability to offload traffic from WAN and decreasing reliance on public internet.
• Agility in keeping business momentum as requirements or market conditions change.
• Capacity to adjust spending models from CAPEX to OPEX as and when required.
• Considerations for optimising hybrid multi-cloud approaches.
• Determining how to reduce latency and enhance performance by optimising location.
The approach will ensure informed networking decisions that align with the customer’s needs, preferences, and goals.

Our commitment to environmental stewardship is embedded in the deployment of our G-Cloud services, which are thoughtfully designed to reduce ecological impact and foster sustainable operational practices. In acknowledging the urgency of climate action, we are focused on dramatically reducing our carbon emissions and are steadfast in our journey towards achieving net zero greenhouse gas emissions. Strategic activities include the following:
