Onboarding and offboarding
- Getting started
-
Local Authorities need to confirm which users should have access to the Data Analytics application. After we set up their accounts, these users can log in to the portal to upload the data they want to analyse. The tool automatically processes this data and presents the results on the visualisation dashboards.
We also provide a training session to explain how to use the application and user guides to help Local Authorities navigate the system effectively. - Service documentation

-
- HTML
- End-of-contract data extraction
- Clients can easily extract all their data through the Data Analytics application. Then, their data is deleted as part of the account deletion process.
- End-of-contract process
-
Clients need to provide 30 days written notice to cancel the contract. We will send a reminder 60 days before the end of the contract.
When the contract ends we remind the client to retrieve their data and when this happens we safely delete their account and associate data. This service does not have any extra cost.

Assessing Potential Threats:
1) We use Google Cloud's load balancer and Kubernetes to mitigate and absorb Layer 4 and below (DDoS) attacks.
2) All server requests are proxied through Cloudflare, which provides an additional security layer against DDoS attacks, anomaly detection, and prevention of known attack patterns.
3) We continuously monitor and evaluate potential threats in real-time.
Deploying Patches: Our code development and continuous deployment processes enable us to quickly release patches.
Sources of Information on Potential Threats: We stay informed about potential threats through a combination of real-time monitoring, security audits, and suppliers' feeds on emerging threats and vulnerabilities. - Protective monitoring type
- Supplier-defined controls
- Protective monitoring approach

Identifying Potential Compromises:
1) Our monitoring system tracks service performance in real-time, alerting us to any anomalies that could indicate a compromise, such as unusual traffic patterns or performance issues.
2) Health checks are performed on each service every second, ensuring immediate detection of any operational failures.
Responding to Potential Compromises:
1) Upon identifying a potential compromise, our system initiates an automatic recovery process to mitigate immediate risks.
2) Our security team is alerted through our internal messaging system.
Incident Response Time: Automated development and deployment systems facilitate the immediate rollout of patches and fixes once a threat is confirmed. - Incident management type

Pre-defined Processes for Common Events: We have pre-defined processes for managing common events, enabling us to respond quickly and effectively. This includes procedures for both Application Disaster Recovery and Data Disaster Recovery.
Reporting Incidents by Users: Users can report incidents via email. Our system automatically detects and alerts our IT team of any unusual activities.
Providing Incident Reports: Following the resolution of an incident, we compile and deliver detailed reports via email. These reports include an overview of the incident, the actions taken to resolve it, and measures implemented to prevent future occurrences.
