Local Authorities use Inbest Data Analytics to run data-driven benefits take-up campaigns and model unlimited potential Council Tax Reduction (CTR) schemes to understand potential savings and the impact on residents.

Onboarding and offboarding

Getting started
Local Authorities need to confirm which users should have access to the Data Analytics application. After we set up their accounts, these users can log in to the portal to upload the data they want to analyse. The tool automatically processes this data and presents the results on the visualisation dashboards.

We also provide a training session to explain how to use the application and user guides to help Local Authorities navigate the system effectively.

End-of-contract data extraction
Clients can easily extract all their data through the Data Analytics application. Then, their data is deleted as part of the account deletion process.
End-of-contract process
Clients need to provide 30 days written notice to cancel the contract. We will send a reminder 60 days before the end of the contract.

When the contract ends we remind the client to retrieve their data and when this happens we safely delete their account and associate data. This service does not have any extra cost.

What users can and can't do using the API
Our API offers three main features:
1) Identify residents eligible for additional benefits and estimate how much they can get.
2) Calculate the benefits, grants and discounts that each resident is eligible for.
3) When a resident has used our calculator, users can retrieve all the information that we have about them including their circumstances, financial situation, and benefits entitlement.

Local Authorities use our API to integrate our benefits calculator into their internal systems and applications:
1) Case Management Systems and CRMs.
2) Benefits and Grants Application Forms.
3) Benefits and Grants Back-Office Systems.

All the features of our benefits calculator are available via an API. The main features that Local Authorities build with our API are:
1) Identify residents with unclaimed benefits and estimate the additional amount of benefits and discounts they can get.
2) Make comprehensive impact analyses to compare different CTRS design options.
3) Retrieve existing data from residents to prepopulate Local Authorities' internal systems and applications.

We offer a 99.9% service availability thanks to our cloud service provider, automatic testing and continuous deployment processes, and error-handling modules.

We offer the following Service Level Agreements:
1) System performance: API requests are processed in 500ms or less.
2) Errors and system failures: We automatically report any errors and system failures through our dedicated distribution email list. Incidents can be reported to the following email address support@inbest.ai. We will investigate any incident no later than 3 hours after such incidents have been reported.
3) New benefits and grants: Inbest aims to add additional benefits and grants in one month after the request has been submitted by a partner.

1) We use Google Cloud's load balancer and Kubernetes to mitigate and absorb Layer 4 and below (DDoS) attacks.
