Our Engagement Managers ensure the performance of our Teams aligns with your expectations. They coach, mentor, and support individuals, ensuring high standards and optimal performance. We offer support throughout the working week, from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm. We tailor SLAs to your needs and any agreed SLAs will be included in any subsequent call off agreements, we conduct regular service reviews to ensure continuous compliance.
