Covid-19 recoveryCovid-19 recovery
Pervade Software are committed to assisting both our employees and the wider community in recovering from the Covid-19 pandemic.
We meet this commitment in various ways including assisting organisations during the pandemic to setup remote working environments and collaboration tools, allowing partners, customers, and suppliers to use space within our offices for employees within the local area who require it saving the need for them to travel longer distances.
In addition to this, our cloud-based software also helped businesses and their staff to react to lockdowns and move to remote working without disrupting services.
We also offer apprenticeship roles to assist those who need it back into work, we also offer all hybrid and remote working opportunities along with allowing any time needed to recover from both physical and mental health issues.
During the pandemic, we also increased the size of our office space which has allowed for a more distanced working environment for individuals returning to the office.
Hand sanitiser is also provided in all working spaces as well as signage encouraging staff and visitors to use this along with regularly cleaning their workspaces. Workspaces are also cleaned and sanitised between uses.
Our offices are also located within managed buildings which have also introduced additional measures for the Covid-19 recovery, such as increased cleaning frequency and a requirement to sanitise hands when entering and leaving the buildings.
Alongside these measures, we conduct regular catchup meetings with members of staff in which the topic of Covid-19 is now a standing item on the agenda to offer them the chance to suggest any changes which would be beneficial to their working environment.
