How the planning service works
An initial discovery phase will comprise of audits of any existing legacy intranet platforms, focus groups and user research sessions. These will feed into a prioritised list of organisational needs and requirements that can be mapped to technical solutions.

A design and prototyping phase will follow that will be used to validate findings from the discovery phase. Buyers will be engaged throughout this phase to shape the direction of their new intranet.

Development will follow in sprint cycles with continuous user research, playback and iteration until a finalised intranet platform is available for content upload.
