- This service is primarily delivered remotely. On-site delivery can be provided where required, subject to agreement at call-off stage. Scope, scale and delivery timescales are defined per contract and depend on buyer requirements, availability of stakeholders, access to existing systems and data, and timely input to support configuration and validation activities.

Where ongoing support and maintenance are required after delivery, this is provided under Circyl Care (a separate support and maintenance agreement), with scope and coverage agreed at call-off.
