- Our servers are utilising a VMware High availability configuration which will ensure that should the server fail for any reason the service will continue to run on a backup system until the problem is resolved. Should a server experience any difficulties all services will automatically be ported to another server in the cloud and will continue to run, this entire process is completed in seconds.
