Technical Support & Maintenance is ensuring code quality and high performance through perfective tasks and fixing code defects on an iterative basis. Team includes Development, QA, Project & Account Management. Has 3 levels:

Flexible Support and Optimisation is a fixed budget to be utilised against a flexible scope to identify and deliver a roadmap of new and optimisation opportunities.
