Availability and resilience

Guaranteed availability
Learn Amp has contracted SLA's that guarantee uptime of greater than 99.7% in a given month. We aim for 99.9% uptime.
Approach to resilience
Our service is architected with resilience at its core, leveraging AWS's robust data centre infrastructure to ensure high availability and continuity. Our deployment spans multiple AWS availability zones, providing inherent redundancy and failover capabilities. This setup not only aligns with, but actively embodies the government's second cloud security principle of 'Asset protection and resilience', ensuring our assets and services remain secure and operational despite potential threats.

To further bolster our resilience, we implement automated scaling and load balancing to efficiently manage varying loads, alongside comprehensive data backup and disaster recovery strategies. These measures ensure minimal downtime and rapid recovery in the unlikely event of a disruption.

Our commitment to security and resilience extends to our operational practices, including regular audits, continuous monitoring, and adherence to the principle of least privilege to safeguard against unauthorised access or data breaches.

Detailed information about our resilience features, aligned with AWS's industry-leading standards, is available upon request.
