- A typical implementation will involve a Readiness Session to ensure customers have all of the relevant stakeholders needed to get started. We'll then have a Kick-off Call with your Customer Success Manager and dedicated Implementation Manager to align on business goals and objectives so we can design for success. Throughout your implementation you will have access to online training as well as an agreed amount of hour with your Implementation Manager, who will ensure that you have a Implementation Plan in place. Once your implementation phase is complete we will hold a Retrospective Call to realign on business goals and objectives so the next steps are clearly defined as you move to work with our Customer Success team.
