Availability and resilience

• Guaranteed availability: System availability will be at least 99% with the exception of scheduled outages for essential maintenance. Essential maintenance is restricted to system patching and updates to the system and supporting applications. Service unavailability due to essential maintenance will be agreed in advance and will be scheduled to minimise the impact to business activity. We will give a 1-week notice to the customer. Additionally, we will have a notification on the system to notify the users. Service maintenance times can be flexibly altered to fit with existing timetable requirements. Unscheduled service outages will be communicated to all users as soon as identified with an estimate of the outage duration. Once the original outage estimation has expired a new update will be provided with additional information about estimates to rectify and possible user work arounds.
