At DNJ, we can support customers with a full range of services to help them implement their cloud hosting or software.
We can help them to create the vision and strategy around these services first, support them to put together the necessary business cases to gain approvals and funding, then help them through market testing and full procurement.
Having chosen the right services, DNJ can support customers to deliver the full implementation - from overall programme and project management, business change and digital transformation, training, delivery, go live support, as well as supporting specific areas of expertise such as data migration, integration or cyber security specialisms. - Planning service works with specific services

Training

- How the training service works
-
We can provide a range of in person and online training for cloud software and hosting services.
This can be generic training, in the sense of increasing people's understanding of issues such as cyber security, data protection, software design, implementation and project management.
It can also be specific, depending on the software and hosting services being offered.
For example, our extensive experience of supporting a number of electronic patient record and other clinical systems implementations, means we can provide training directly in these solutions (train the user, train the trainer, classroom, 1-1, 1-Few, online, blended, etc). - Training is tied to specific services

Setup and migration

- How the setup or migration service works
-
DNJ supports customers to migrate to the cloud and between cloud services.
We do this by understanding the customers needs, what they have now, and what their vision for the future is.
We then support them on that journey to create that new digital, cloud enabled vision and strategy, as well as the practical implementation plan to get that delivered.
We can support each step of the process, from the initial vision and strategy creation, to the writing of the business case and running the procurement, to then supporting the practical implementation, either running the programme or project, as working as part of the customers team, delivering a wide range of skills from transformational change to specific technical skills sets that might be required. - Setup or migration service is for specific cloud services

Quality assurance and performance testing

- How the quality assurance and performance testing works
-
DNJ can provide quality assurance and performance testing.
We can do this for overall programme or project governance, monitoring and assuring each step as it progresses, testing and checking that projects are ready to move through the next gateway and on to the next stage of the programme.
We can provide technical assurance and performance testing, for example when a new cloud software or hosting service has been created, our independent experts can check over the configuration, assure the customer it has been created and protected appropriately, run performance testing, cyber security testing, etc to ensure that the data is secure and the system is performant.

Fighting climate change
At DNJ, like many businesses, both driven by the period of the pandemic, and our desire to support the fight against climate change, we have moved to much of our work being done remotely, without the need for travel.
Where in person meetings are still required, we generally travel to these by public transport, helping to reduce emissions.
We are committed to supporting the NHS (and others) to achieve their net zero targets and we aim to be net zero by 2030 at the latest.
We are a small company, but we do what we can to support the fight against climate change.Covid-19 recovery
DNJ supported the NHS and other organisation in various ways through the pandemic, and has continued to do this to support the recovery from Covid19.
We have been supporting trusts to manage their waiting lists, create virtual wards and generally transform their services through the use of digital, so reducing face to face contact and the risk of transmission, as well as helping with the workload pressures and other capacity shortages through the innovative use of technology.Tackling economic inequality
DNJ is based in Salford in Greater Manchester, which is one of the most economically deprived areas of the UK.
We have established our business here, and contribute to the economy here, through our involvement in the community, paying taxes and employment.
Although a small company we do what we can to tackle economic inequality.Equal opportunity
DNJ is an equal opportunity employer, and we draw our staff and associates from a wide range of communities across the UK.Wellbeing
DNJ encourages all staff and associates to look after their physical and mental wellbeing, taking the time they need to ensure they balance life and work appropriately.
We are fully supportive of those who need our support, and are flexible in approach to the workplace to accommodate people's needs as they arise.
