This includes access to an Autodesk Construction Cloud Implementation Speicalist to review best practices and implement a customised configuration. This includes: Sheet Settings, Form Customisation (Checklist, Sign off Sheets etc), Photos Workflows, RFI Configuration, Submittals Setup, Meetings Settings, Progress Tracking Configuration, Scheduling Workflows, Asset Definition.

The TechCare Customer Helpdesk offers a guaranteed 2-hour response time, but will always endeavour to provide an immediate response to your support requests. The TechCare Helpdesk is manned by experiences software application engineers from Monday – Friday, 9:00am – 5:00pm (except UK Bank Holidays).
